How to Practice Alternate Nostril Breathing:

  1. Sit comfortably in a quiet place with your spine straight.
  2. Place your left hand on your left knee with the palm open to the sky.
  3. Bring your right hand towards your face and place your index and middle fingers on your forehead, between your eyebrows.
  4. Use your right thumb to close your right nostril and inhale deeply through your left nostril.
  5. Close your left nostril with your right ring finger, release your right nostril, and exhale slowly.
  6. Inhale through the right nostril, close it with your right thumb, release the left nostril, and exhale slowly.
  7. This completes one round. Repeat for 5-10 rounds.
